During this two-hour experience, you’ll get the opportunity to visit Maison Veuve Ambal in Beaune and learn the secrets of Crémant de Bourgogne – Burgundy’s sparkling wine.
As you follow your guide through the winery, you’ll be able to discover the ageing cellars, workshops and interactive projections. You’ll get to learn how the traditional method of making sparkling wine is blended with the use of robots and automation technologies.
To round off your visit, you’ll have the chance to sample three varieties of local sparkling wine.
