What You Need to Know
The nearest train station is Osaka Jokoen Station or Morinomiya Station, served by the JR Osaka Loop line and the Chuo Line respectively. The castle is located approximately 15 minutes walk from the station.
Please note that reentry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
The castle is suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. During peak seasons, pushchairs may not be permitted. In such situations, pushchairs can be stored at the tourist center.
Please note that you may still need to queue before entering the castle during peak time.
Please note that the castle may be closed due to inclement weather. In such situations, no refunds will be offered.
The following items are not permitted at the castle: large luggage, sharp metals, flammable items, poisonous items, food and drinks except water.
Please note that guests can deposit their belongings at the ticket counter for an additional charge of JPY 100 per piece. This storage service is available between 09:00 and 16:30 with final collection at 17:00.
The voucher is valid for 90 days from the booking confirmation date and expires at 23:59 on the final day.
