The staff is super-hospitable, very informal, helpful and homely. The location is simply amazing, just off the provincial road in between Oldenzaal and Losser, making you feel like you're far away from civilization without actually having to sacrifice any of the comforts it holds; Oldenzaal, Losser and Enschede are a stone's throw away.

The place is an original Hollander city to visit. The room is clean and beautiful and decorated by the inspired hostess Ilona. Her hospitality makes you think, oh, that's our new friend in Holland. She and her best guard Heinz leaves you nothing but a big big smile.

This is a superb B&B. Roy and Brenda couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The accommodation is beautifully decorated, the bed is wonderfully comfortable and breakfast was delicious, including eggs from their own hens. If we are in this area again we will definitely stay here again.

The landlord a very very kind women who cares about your comfort. The area is great; every day you can hear the voice of birds and can see beautiful scenes around the house. The room is perfect; all you may need is there. It is quite and great for working. The breakfast is on time based on your preference. I liked the room and advice it 😊
