Everything just surpassed all our expectations. Especially our host Frederic - he was one of the nicest most hospitable hosts we've ever encountered. We honestly didn't want to leave. The view from the balcony was spectacular, the apartment is spacious and cozy, very well-designed by Frederic himself. And the food in the restaurant downstairs is marvellous. I will return back to stay here for sure. You know when you like something so much, that you want to share it with the whole world? That's the deal with this Vieux Chalet - they deserve all the recognition and success possible!

You can see the valley and the mountains. The house is super cozy and has everything you need in it for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The value which you are getting is really good! I would definetely book one more stay here :)

The room was gorgeous and had everything you could need. Chantal added lovely touches to make my stay perfect. She is a lovely lady who made my stay very special.

Pierre was very helpful and had everything ready for us upon arrival. The beds (specifically the pillows and duvets) were so comfortable! It had everything you need to enjoy a stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, fully equipped kitchen, we loved it and would recommend it for anyone in the area!

Ofenhaus byl postaven v roce 1750 a původně sloužil k pečení chleba. Nachází se vedle statku majitele, 1 km od centra Murtenu. We loved staying at the quaint little ‘Ofenhaus’! It was everything we expected, based on the Booking.com description, and maybe even a bit better. :) The cleanliness was exemplary! I really am quite exacting concerning hygiene — and this place was literally spotless! The whole place smelt of fresh laundry when we walked in — it really doesn’t get any better than that! The water temperature and pressure in the shower are great! Since both my husband & I have long, luxurious hair, this is a crucial point for us. Many holidays have been ruined, alas, because of bad (cold, weak) showers — but not at the ‘Ofenhaus’! Everything works to perfection! The location is really quiet & calm, but the beautiful medieval town of Murten can be reached on foot (via a short walk of 1km). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the ‘Ofenhaus’ again if we happened to stay in the area in the future!

Appartement de Vacances Philipona se nachází ve zrekonstruovaném statku obklopeném idylickou přírodou. Vlakové nádraží Palézieux je vzdáleno jen 3 minuty jízdy a Vevey 15 minut jízdy. Very comfortable and quiet place in a beautiful surrounding. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. Perfect bads. The early morning was a bit noisy because of the donkey downstairs, but it was nice to see the doncey and the goat and the alpaka there. Lovely place.

Tak tohle se musí vidět, to se nedá popsat. :) Historické místo, ulice jak z dějepisu, domek velmi specifický, historický, upravený na byty. Moc pěkné, velice zajímavé. Všechny ty historické ulice jsou na dosah. Na koupaliště v jezeře je to přiměřeně daleko 1-2 km. Jedná se pronájem vlastně celého bytečku. Linka, lednice .

The host is super kind and friendly. The room is super nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast delicious. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place, its the best option.
