It’s spacious, it’s clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Very convenient for local buses and to the station. It was nearby the convenient stores and Onsen which I love going and all the attractions. Highly recommend.

Liked the bathroom as the shower / bath room was separate to the toilet - really good bathroom layout.

They offer a large variety of meals to choose from for breakfast (both Asian and European styles), and ice cream was a nice bonus. The room and bathroom were rather small but it's kind of expected in Japan. The staff at the reception desk didn't seem confident speaking English, but they did their best and managed to send our luggage to another hotel in Tokyo which was super helpful. The location is excellent if you plan to do day trips by train.

Really easy check in experience, the dinosaurs were fantastic, and the room was lovely! Super comfortable, spacious, and great amenities as well! The bathroom was fantastic and the location is right by the station so it makes it super easy!
