This hotel offers a complete package:
fantastic beds, separate entrance, excellent management, asking questions to ensuring a great stay, offering an excellent steakhouse with great fish and vegetarian options on the main floor below the guest bedrooms. Over the past 5 years I have stayed at most hotel and B&B venues in Castricum and I can honestly say that I definitely know that this will be the place I will stay at next time I’m in town.

Castricum is great for walk or cycling in the dunes and to the beach. It also has excellent train connections, for visiting Alkmaar or Amsterdam, Utrecht and beyond. Just one change of trains gets you to Schiphol Airport. It also has pleasant pubs and decent eateries.

The location is perfect if you go by car, everything is close enough to reach in no more that 40 min, but also if you want to take public transport, and the train station is 10 min away by foot. Poeple Castricum was very polite and helpful, so the owner was, and he also was available for any need that we had so it made our stay very comfortable. Thank you so much Jos!

The amazing dune reservation area and the beach are nearby. The junior suite is beautiful, spacious and has luxurious bathroom. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed our time there.
