Great location, clean and spacious room, and very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the cinema room which had a beautiful view of the mountain through our window.

The hotel is located the middle of the old town of Innsbruck. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The Imperial Palace Innsbruck is 200 metres from the property. The location is great, the room was very nice, the staff amazingly friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I ever had.

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. The staffs are so friendly and willing to offer any advice for tourists, the hotel has an app that for clients can directly contact the staffs, when we were just asking them if they can send us the menu picture for dinner, they just showed up in our door with the menu right away! All the instructions are very clear and English friendly, the hotel itself was definitely decent, the spa area was great, the breakfast was amazing. The location was also great, can easily arrive all the famous attractions. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I’ll definitely want to book it here again!

Everything!! friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, cozy and comfortable. close to what we wanted to see in Old Town Innsbruck. A very nice breakfast. highly recommend-a true gem!!!

I asked for a room with a good view in advance, and they've booked a corner room for me with great views of the mountains and the trains. The desk faced the huge window, and it was just relaxing spending time reading and observing outside. Location was extremely convenient too, only few minutes walk to Innsbruck station. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby, good for a stay for few nights. Would definitely return if there is a chance to visit Innsbruck again.

STAGE 12 Hotel by Penz yang buka sejak akhir tahun 2017 di pusat Innsbruck, 300 meter dari Golden Roof, ini merupakan hotel kota yang elegan dengan spa, pusat kebugaran, teras, pemandangan gunung,... The location is amazing, right in the center of everything but still tucked away a bit. The rooms are beautiful, bed was comfortable, bathroom really nice. Very clean.

Hotel facilities are great! The room is very good and spacious. Location is also fantastic! Exceptional stay!
