It is very clean, quiet, and there's a wide selection of food for breakfast. I odered tea/coffee tray in my room - I am really happy you have this facility. What I would also like is that you 'refreshed' the tea tray every day with new tea bags and coffee sachets. This is how this is done in British hotels. |

This hotel stans a center of sity of Vienna.And near the hotel,there is a lot of Christmas Market.It was very beautiful. So,breakfast is not bad.I am big eater of breakfast,but I was satisfied with this breakfast. |

The breakfast they laid on was really excellent. The lift was a bit crummy and only held two people. It was not the sort of poky elevator I would expect of a four-star establishment. |

The hotel has charged my card by the whole cost of our stay four weeks ahead of our arrival, which I find strange. I have never ever experienced anything like that in any other hotel in the world. |

They spontaneously (without my explicite asking) offered me another room at a higher category but at the same price because I did not like the ventilation noise in the first room. The location is perfect. The breakfast very good. |
