Vienna is one of the most beautiful and pleasant cities in...
Vienna is one of the most beautiful and pleasant cities in the world! Not a surprise it always ranks in the top position(s) in the ranking for top quality of life. Plenty of historical monuments, a very rich cultural life, museums, theaters, city parks, great views, and it's the home of the opera! It's very pleasant to walk around, bike lanes are everywhere and the city center is largely pedestrian. The entire city (including less central neighborhoods) are served by excellent public transport!

There is a HUGE choice of museums.
There is a HUGE choice of museums. There are city sightseeing tours which are very informative. There is a large number of churches to visit, and many venues such as the State Operahouse where you can attend concerts. Music is very big in Vienna, and make sure to attend a concert while you visit. Cruises on the river Danube operate regularly. We went to Bratislava for a day. There is the expected wide range of eateries to be found in a capital city.

Vienna is an amazing destination.
Vienna is an amazing destination. It's a mix of modern and old where you can go crazy and visit museums, palaces and churches or just take things easy in a park or in a cafè. It was much less expensive than I expected and we ate really well with generous servings at very affordable prices.
Definitely worth visiting and spending time getting to know it better!

Beautiful city!
Beautiful city! Great to just wander through some parks or to appreciate the architecture of the city. It felt like we were in a piece of art. The people were nice and the city did not feel crowded or hectic. Public transport works good and the short journey you have to make by foot, are nice possibilities to get a feel for the city. Many cafes and restaurants, we did not need reservations once.
Having visited Vienna often staying in budget hotels, this was absolutely the best hotel in Vienna I’ve stayed at! New, clean, quiet, warm. Excellent location, direct bus connection from the airport and subway and train stations right across the street. In the main train station you have one of the few grocery stores that are open 7 days a week, as well as bakeries opening at 5 a.m. and different restaurants. Belvedere castle within walking distance and again some nice restaurants around it. The breakfast is innovative and worth the money.
Exceptional staff and service. Very clean as well with daily housekeeping if wanted. The location was perfect as only 2 stops from the city centre via tram service 43 amd 44 along with services 5 and 33 going north and south. The continental breakfast is great value for money if you pre-booked it or pay on daily basis depending on plans. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on just about everything and can tell you how to get anywhere or what things to see or do.
I won't use any other hotel in Vienna due to all the above.
Clean, super cosy and spacious. The pillows were the best hotel pillows I have ever slept on and the duvet was so warm. The LED lights behind the bed really added to the cosy atmosphere. Shower pressure and temperature was fantastic! Staff were very helpful and kind. I booked this place off a review I saw here saying it's convenient location to airport and city centre and it really is. I'm a girl in my early 20s and usually find navigating in a new city hard but I found it soo easy!
The property used to be new in 2016, so we chose to stay here over other 5 star hotels in Vienna. But we found so many defects in the room, the shades were not rolling, toilet doors were not closing, and the phone wasnt even working so I had to all the way down 8 floors to talk to a receptionist. No manager at Hotel, only phone was fixed and I found it a hasstle to take all my stuff to another room! I dont recommend this hotel! The staff dont care!
The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere. The room was small, clean and provided exactly what the description provided. The staff was friendly and helpful.
You can buy the Vienna City Card right at the reception, which gives you some discount on specific locations and use the public transport as much as you like.
The tram station is in front of the hotel, and you can be in the city centre within 20 minutes.
Absolutely amazing, everything, really!! The staff was very helpful and kind, room was BEAUTIFUL, bed super comfortable, location was good as well - not that far from city centre and just few minutes walking to the train station. If we come back to Vienna, I will not be searching any other hotel, this was number 1 and for sure we come back. Thank you for everything, wish to spend more time there 🙏
Nice location even though it is not situated in the heart of Vienna. The closest tram stop services the D route which takes you to the city centre and sights such as the Belvedere Palace and Ringstrasse. The U4 line serves the Friedensbrücke station (which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel) and stops near the Schönbrunn Palace.
The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful.
The staff was very polite and there was someone at the reception 24/7 ready to help. Although the hotel isn't inside the historical centre of Vienna, the location was great since there was a tram station and a metro station nearby and it took only 15min to get to the city centre. The room was super clean. Don't miss out on breakfast!
This hotel is not for Fusspots, but it's in a great City Centre Location. It's style is very 1970s but our room was very clean, fairly spacious for 4 of us, quiet and very comfortable. Also very reasonably priced. We tend to spend the majority of our time out and about and there's loads to see and do in Vienna.
The hotel is located perfectly. A few minutes from the city centre and in a quite neighbourhood.
The room itself was nice and cozy, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would def recommend this place if you are taking a trip to Vienna and don't want to break the bank.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to many train station and Vienna City Centre. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed the lovely terrace.
It was a bit hot during the first night, but when we asked the staff for an extra fan, they provided one.
It is my third time in this hotel and it will certainly be many more. Location, comfort ,impeccable service and professionalism make it the best option. Highly recommended for people with middle range budget who want to visit Vienna in style.
The property was super clean, especially the bathroom. I have been to a lot of 5 star hotels. And the bathrooms were horrible. The staff was friendly and helpful, they showed me all the places to go and have great time in Vienna, Austria.
This is best choice for your stay in Vienna, hotel is at least like 4, even like 5 star. It's great and renewed , all is super clean, stuff great, it has free parking, as well great location surrounded the nature and plenty of markets.
The location is outstanding for having nice walks in the city centre.
Karl, the host, is extremely nice and attentiv. He gave us free ride from and to the airport plus he gave us really useful tips and hinds about Vienna sightseeing.
The hotel was situated close to Arena Wien, where I saw a concert. The area around the hotel felt quite safe. I have no complaints but if I was in Vienna to sightsee, I would have chosen a hotel nearer the city centre
Location was great for anyone arriving in Vienna by train, direct tram connection to city centre.
The hotel felt comfortably modern with lots of nice places to sit, inside and outside.
Staff were very helpful.
Everything was amazing about SO/ Vienna. Great location, just a 5 minutes walk to the city center, staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was top notch food, we had an amazing stay at this hotel.
