Excellent location for city centre, ample breakfast & fab showers!!

Proximity to city centre. Knew location from previous stay at this hotel. The room was very clean.

Hotel and facilities are looking very tired. Room was very small - unable to walk between end of bed and cupboard, had to shuffle. No coffee making facilities or mini bar. We are sure these were available on our previous visit. Paintwork and furniture in room chipped. Crockery used for breakfast had numerous chips. We do not feel that this hotel warrants 4 stars in its present state.

It was very close to the local visitor attractions

Where do i start! The room was beneath a conference room, so alot of noise coming through the celing, the bed was over 20 years old and so it was very very uncomfortable. the decor was pre war time, an when i asked to change room i was greated with a - this is your room, they are all the same even if i upgraded. Lastly it needed a good deep clean

Everything was ok, no negative emotions. The saff was operative and nice, breakfast was good and location was good.

The location was very central to the grand place, near the stock exchange. All tourist sites were within walking distance. The hotel amenities were top quality, rooms were comfortable with linen and towels changed daily.The staff were very helpful and pleasant particularly Kevin the bar man, who gave valuable local info and coversation.

It was rather impersonal. The friendliest people were the cleaning staff who always had a smile!
