The location is perfect, our room faced the main shopping street. The room itself was not too spacious, but had everything to have a nice and comfortabel stay. The breakfast on the top floor was fantastic, one can enjoy the view to the whole city while drinking the morning coffee. The late check out on Sunday (5pm) is great, also the weekend special rates in case of online booking. Great place.

The location was great for getting into town and had the metro very close by. The hotel itself was of a reasonably high standard. Would recommend the hotel to others if they were to be in Brussels

what was supposed to be warm in the breakfast buffet was disappointingly cold.

friendly and young staff. Especially impressive was a young, blind lady, that worked in the reception. She did very good and I appreciate an employer who does not discriminate people because of their handicaps. Well done!

I love the price for such a nice hotel and the location. It was really close to alot fo site seeing

I asked the front counter to help with a clog in the shower drain that was causing the shower to fill up with water as you showered but nothing was done about it.

the hotel was very central and veru comfortable and nice and clean
