掃除をちゃんとしてください。 掃除がまったくなってません!!!イスの上に前のお客のものと思われるスナック菓子の食べこぼし、シャワーカーテンにくっついた大量の他人の髪の毛、こんなに不潔なホテルに泊まったのは初めてです。 |

５つ星にしては値段もリーズナブルで、朝食、プール（サウナ）やジムが含まれていて結構安く快適に泊まれました。スタッフも親切で、非常に良いレストランを紹介してもらいました。朝食もおいしく種類も豊富で申し分なかったです。 駐車場が狭く、最後の１台分のスペースにやっと駐車出来ました。あと、ロケーションが若干中心地から離れているので、それさえ除けば申し分無いと思います。 |

I booked this hotel to visit the city center, but it was not close from there. If you have same purpose, I recommend you to book a hotel more closer. |

Location Upon arrival no doorman to assist with the luggage. Bathroom was not clean. A/c was noisy even at its lowest fan-speed, bathroom amenities were absent. So-called fast wireless internet in the room was not available for the whole stay. Number of fitness equipments do not work. With our experiences with 5-star hotels all around the world, this is definitively not a 5 star hotel. |

parking facilities very poor, when leaving the hotel my car was blocked,however i was perfectly helped by the porter who drove my car |

Good location, service, nice room, nice reception Was very poor internet connection in our room. Breakfast too expensive by its quality- at least, coffee could be better. |
