Breakfast should be included. A little noisy since our room was by the street, and the walls are very thin.

Nicely in the centre of the city, with ease of access to everything. Places of interest, Grand Place etc, bars, restaurants, shops.

It is convenient for the main sites of interest to many visitors and is only about 1 mile from Gare du Midi (Eurostar terminus)

The hotel was impersonal. The corridors smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. The items which should have been hot at breakfast (bacon, sausage and eggs) were invariable cold by 9.00 A.M. The room was insufficiently sound proofed against external traffic noise and noise from rooms above.

Maybe a little noisy if you are facing the street.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. I particularly liked having the extra bed in my room.

I have asked the receptionist an hour earlier to call/reserve a taxi; but he called only few minutes before my scheduled time and could not make it. I had to go to Marriot Hotel. Unfortunately I was late by about 15 minutes as a result.

renovated bathroom

for a four start I thought it was not nice enough, the service not good enough, the breakfast not classy enough ... The rooms were in poor condition, the windows didn't close propertly, the curtains were hanging half way off the rails, furniture and deco looked old. TV small and old, some lights in the room didn't work ... for a four star far from what you'd expect.
