la disponibilità dello staff. wifi gratuito. abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza per via dell'odore sgradevole. la seconda stanza, sebbene spaziosa, aveva decisamente bisogno di essere rinnovata: bagno misero, con carta igienica appoggiata sul piano del lavabo perchè l'apposito portarotolo era rotto; carta da parati che si staccava. sebbene la tariffa da noi avuta fosse conveniente, la stanza non era certo degna di un albergo a 4 stelle! |

Convenient location, computers available in lobby, staff very friendly, very helpful. Amazed at how many people speak perfect English. Meals at hotel very expensive. (Breakfast was 26 euros) |

The location of the hotel is nice, the gym is nice. There is a small coffeshop in the Manhattan centre adjoined to the ground floor of the hotel, reachable without going out, always open. Many good restaurants at about 15 min walking. Room was very spatious. Wireless internet in the rooms is ridiculously expensive. For the rest minor points only: The swimming pool water has too much chloride. It was a pity that there is no bar or lounge on the top floor. The doors of the rooms to the corridors leak light and sound! The beds are a bit soft. In general the hotel has a somewhat outdated feeling. |

Location. Rooms were outdated. Lobby is modern rooms are not. We had a room with 2 beds and one of our beds was saggy in the middle cause it was so old. They need to renovate. Breakfast was 26.50 euro a person ......overpriced. |
