Det är en hotell med vanlig standart och med bra frukost. Synd att inte frukosten ingår i priset. Tillkommer med 15 EUR/ person och dag. det tillkom 120 EUR för oss, vilket jag var medveten om. Jag skulle tro att det blir billigare om det ingår frånm början i hotellpriset. |

Läget, utsikten från rummet Personalens attityd och kundbemötande, otrevlliga, paketet vi beställt var inte förberett vid ankomst, först efter 3 påpekanden sammanställdes detta. Rumstandard och renlighet. Särskilt badrummet. Frukosten mostvarar inte ett fyrstjärnigt hotel. Uppgraderingen till delux rum tvivlar jag på att vi fick trots påpekande. Rummet var mycket litet och utan extra faciliteter. |

The hotel was in an excellent location (directly opposite the indoor shopping centre!) and was nice and clean, with the hotel staff being exceptionally helpful. When we arrived the check-in computer was down and they had no back-up system, so we had to wait an additional 2 hours after the alloted check-in time to go into our room. Having had a long journey to get there, this was not very helpful. As a consequence of the computers being down, we could not charge anything to the room bill, which meant we had to carry cash everywhere. |

When I checked in, my room was not clean enouh. Bed making was done, but cleaning was not. no shampoo and soap were refilled in bathroom, trash can still had trash inside, drunk coffee cups were not cleand |

Breakfast was very good! The bed had insects in it. The sauna couldn't go below 110 degrees (too hot). |

Convenient location The room was very small and everything felt cheaply done. Charges for internet were high. Hallway had a very dirty feeling with many stains on carpet. |

Liked the location of the hotel - sensational shopping centre across the road and one or two train/tram stops away from city centre and food places. Some good eating nearby as well. The staff are knowledgeable and spoke different languages well, obviously cater for the needs of a wide range of clients very efficiently and effectively. Weekend rates were very attractive. Fridge in room. A minor thing. Didn't like drinking tea and coffee from disposable cups, but appreciate that the decision to use these is based on practicality and hygiene factors. Appreciated the provision of two glasses supplied that were suitable for drinking water or wine. |
