Friendly staff. No tea making facilities, no shower, poor breakfast selection, very bland hotel, room was large but cold looking and sparce with no character. As it was Christmas would have expected a little more decoration, 1 tree in entrance. |

Courteous and friendly staff and management. Music at breakfast. Big room with excellent bathroom. Very clean. Very elegant Central heating was a little too warm |

The lobby and breakfast area were very beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and very complete (large variety of foods). The location of the hotel was good - not too close to the centre (a relatively quiet street) and in an area that I wouldn't have explored otherwise. The room was 2 single beds pushed together - a double bed would have been better. The room was very large and had sparse furnishings which gave it a rather spartan look. The room decor did not fit with the look of the lobby and breakfast are. |

A wonderful elegant building providing a hotel that was enjoyably different from the modern "could be anywhere" standard 4*. Huge quirky rooms. Great service. We would definitely recommend. The extra bed collapsed and damaged the wall - the legs dont lock out on the bed.Fortunately no damage to child! No tea or coffee making facilities. Didnt bother us but could be very irritating for some I would imagine. |

The staff was very professional and helpful. Several requests we made due to our 1 year old child were met without complaint. The rooms were very spacious and the location was less than 10 minutes walk to the Burg and Markt. |

The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. We travel a lot and stay in high end hotels but this is the best service we have ever received. They knew how to strike just the right balance between being there for you and not getting in the way. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and colleagues. Thank you. |

family run property, centrally located, hotel had an old world charm, the breakfast was sumptious and very well presented There was no iron in the room, the linen seemed a bit worn out and the hotel provided only blankets, no comforters also it would be great to have had some body lotion or cream in the washroom |
