Spa con sauna y jacuzzi. Apartamento muy confortable con 2 pantallas planas de TV y con cocina muy completa. Baño excelente. Poca oferta de canales de TV. |

Es un hotel muy centrico si se va de turismo es una situacion ideal ya que esta a 5 minutos de todo.La calidad precio es inmejorable ya que el precio para la situacion servicios e instalaciones es inmejorable es perfecto tanto para una estancia corta como para una larga debido a la facilidad de la cocina y todo tipo de cubiertos vajilla y aparatos habitacion amplisima la piscina y jacuzzi muy bien El trato de alguna trabajadora un poco seco aunque otras encantadoras |

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable studio, well equipped and designed. Tasty food in the restaurant, and friendly waiters. Gym: high standard. Staff always available to give advice about theatre performances, etc. Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie. Nothing negative to say, really. Judging by some of the comments on this site about this hotel, it would seem the cleaning staff barge into the rooms at any moment - so just put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. |

The Apartment itself was great and the fact that we could park the car downstairs in the garage. We stayed there for the New Year. Rooms are overheated although I turned if heating. Could not open windows as fireworks went off all night. |

Very friendly staff, perfect location in the center (also by U-bahn station), overall level of service is very high. Makes us want to go to Copenhagen or Budapest :) |

We liked the proximity to all transport and sites in the city. Also the cleanliness of the hotel overall. The reception/front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The housekeeping was quite erratic. Many days, it appeared as if all they did was throw the covers back over the bed. Soiled towels were removed from bath, and not replaced (we had to phone down to get towels 3 times for a 10 night stay). Housekeeping also had a bad habit of knocking and then immediately entering the room ...very invasive! |

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and nice. They really went out of their way to help out. The cleaning of the room was not good but to be fair, we were offered a discount. |
