Localização: Fica no centro da cidade. Construção é bastante antiga. Trocar os carpetes melhoraria a aparência, o cheiro e ambiente. |

Location is great; very clean; free Wi-Fi. You have to ask for the TV remote control, but you don't know this until you get to your room. Towels are paper-thin. Check-in area could use some more charm. |

The staff were very friendly and looked after us well. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and always plenty to eat. The bar was very useful and very well frequented. The only thing I would say is I believe the hotel describes this as a cafe bar which indicates you could get food at times other than breakfast which I don't think was the case . This was not a problem for us but could be for othe A very minor point but the premises eotrher side are boarded up which makes it look a bit scruffy. |

The hotel was close to the subway and the zoo. The hotel staff was extremely rude (the old Man) when we arrived. The younger man was much more willing to explain their expectations but still did not compensate for the rude old man. Their policy of payment in cash at sign-in is rediculous. If I had realized this up front I would not have stayed there. I expect much higher service from a hotel charging 225 Euro/night. |
