ホテルは素晴らしい。地下鉄の駅がすぐ近くて便利だが、周りに店が無くさびしい。朝食は24ユーロもするので敬遠した。ディスカウント料金だったので宿泊できた。 |

駅からも近く、大きなスーパーマーケットも近くにあるので、現地グッズの楽しいショッピングもできました。 若干古いので、バスのお湯の温度が一定でない時間帯もあり、火傷しそうになりました。 |

チェックアウト精算時に 部屋代を請求された。（カードにて引き落とされていたので、前払い済みといったが １泊分しか記録にないと強硬に言われて困った。（２泊）気分が悪くなり２度と利用しない。 |

Good location / access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Nicely presented entrance lobby environment, with good facilities . Patchy, hurried cleaning, poor attention to detail in room service; long queues for breakfast buffet put us off, due to several conference bookings sharing the seating. We had a generally much better experience on previous stays at the four star ArabellaSheraton next door. |

Great hotel, nice reception staff, good location close to the U-bahn for accessing the city centre. A couple of the concierge staff were not as helpful and friendly as their counterparts on reception. You should consider explaining better what you have to do to avail of the free laundry service for Towers customers. |
