The room was very nicely decorated and their room service menu was excellent. The bed was two single beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable. |

Excellant location. The room was large and comfortable and spotless. We were lucky enough to have a deal with breakfast included; breakfast was a wonderful spread of hot and cold food. The hotel rooms and lobby/bar areas are very chic and modern. The staff were very helpful. I would certainly recommend the hotel & would choose it again when visiting Munich. As with any hotel of this rating, drinks were expensive in the bar - around twice the average price in any bar in Munich. |

Breakfastes - perfect as assortiment as quality! Sound isolation between wc and the room is not at all. Additional price for "not to see a wall of rail station" |

It's location next to the central train station is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and facilities were good. The design of the bathroom is terrible. The walls are made of frosted glass, which turns the room into a 'gallery' as soon as the lights are turned on. It provides no privacy whatsoever. The shower is poorly designed with no screen, which means if someone is in the shower then anyone else becomes drenched in water. I would only recommend this hotel for single person visitors. |

Yes, the bed isn t static. It s moving when you turn around in it and it s making very loud noise what can be very anoying. I think the problem is easily solve by putting some rubber on the feet of the bed so it can move. |

Sound security features with the provision of a safe in the room and a solid front door, entrance to the room, Would have benefitted with addition of a chain for additional safety for female guests staying on their own. Breakfast was not included within our package and was on the expensive side, although food quaity and selection was extremely good. |

It's a very nice hotel, with a good location (although close to the train station with all its kebabs and adult shops). Maybe a bit too posh, but still nice and pleasant even if you travel with no business outfit. Very good drinks in the lobby bar. Very friendly service. Very limited selection of films in English in the pay tv. |
