La proximité des transports en commun a été appréciable. Le personnel n'était ni agréable ni patient vis à vis des très nombreux touristes étrangers |

La grandeur de la chambre, la facilité d'accès de l'hôtel et le confort Un bruit de ventilation qui se met en marche pendant la nuit toutes les 2 minutes et dès le matin, on entend très fort le bruit des portes des autres chambres |

Espace Bien être (sauna, hammam, fitness) très agréable Un steak de thon mi-cuit manifestement avarié au restaurant ! Plus rien a manger à 23h dans l'hôtel. |

This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful. And the hotel is conveniently located right next to a station which is one S Bahn stop to Zoo station and two stops to the main station. |

The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of items. The maid always cleaned the room whilst we were at breakfast and was polite and efficient. We really appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the in-room safe. The hotel was also very close to the Tiergarten S-bahn station from which it was very easy to get around Berlin. |

Good location, within walking distance to the Kurfurstendam Shopping Area. Breakfasts were very substantial. The air con in the room was very weak. |

Not being disturbed by maids due to some late nights They could have supplied a steam iron and ironing board in the room instead of having to go to a small room on the 3rd floor |
