This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful. And the hotel is conveniently located right next to a station which is one S Bahn stop to Zoo station and two stops to the main station. |

The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of items. The maid always cleaned the room whilst we were at breakfast and was polite and efficient. We really appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the in-room safe. The hotel was also very close to the Tiergarten S-bahn station from which it was very easy to get around Berlin. |

Good location, within walking distance to the Kurfurstendam Shopping Area. Breakfasts were very substantial. The air con in the room was very weak. |

Not being disturbed by maids due to some late nights They could have supplied a steam iron and ironing board in the room instead of having to go to a small room on the 3rd floor |

Good value for money; efficient, fríendly staff; comfortable and clean The Sauna (in general very good) has only 4 lockers for men. When there are more than 4 male users, there is a problem. In my case the efficient lady at the reception took care to put my clothes in a lady locker. Good impromptu action, but not as a permanent solution. Suggestion: Reduce the number of lady lockers (male/female Sauna attendance is anyway like approx. 4/1) and add to male lockers. |

Clean, modern and well situated near the park and S-bahn. The room layout and the bathroom layout (clean but not well designed) as well as the price which could perhaps be 10% lower. |

Good location. Handy access for airport and beside the Tiergarten park. Friendly helpful staff at bar and reception. Breakfast and drinks quite dear, sink in bathroom did not drain very well and the staff telephoned and woke us after 2pm to clean the room when we had put a "do not disturb" sign on door. We were out all all morning, so they had plenty of time to clean before 2. However this was not repeated and the room was cleaned earlier on subsequent days. |
