Wellness was excellent!

When we arrived at the hotel (it was on Dec 31) we asked the lady at the reception where to eat and where to shop, her answer was all the shops had closed and the (christmas)markt had finished. (But in reality, shops and markt were open, even on Jan 1.) We think even though the people at the reception must know the correct information!

Staff was most helpful, breakast service was great, taxis always available outside reception.

Temperature control in shower not reliable. Went from cool to scalding at the same setting.

Location, next or among to Christmas shops and fairs. Tube train near. All very quiet, all of what you would expect of a cheap 5 star.

Lengthy walks within the hotel. It is in fact two buildings on opposite sides of a road, connected by underground passages. All very clean and smart but a bother not to leave your room and go straight to the lobby.
