I liked the hotel and the room. It is slightly out of the center, but with a very good public transport just out of the hotel - bus 245, 101 and 106 going to the center. There are lots of restaurants around and breakfast places within a reach of a short walk. Rooms were very clean and spotless. We had wonderful view to the Grosser Stern!

I did not like the bed - it was way too soft for me. Also, on Saturday night there was wedding in the restaurant, and although we stayed on the 3rd floor we could hear the music till 1 a.m. The staff reacted very kindly to our complains.

The decor is fresh, modern and chic and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional.

I think that this class of hotel should have feather/down duvets and pillows rather than synthetic ones (which do not breathe and are hot).

The dining staff were helpful and charming.

Our sheets were not changed in three days! The receptionist on the day we left apologised and gave us a complementary drink but the staff the day before did nothing.
