I liked the hotel and the room. It is slightly out of the center, but with a very good public transport just out of the hotel - bus 245, 101 and 106 going to the center. There are lots of restaurants around and breakfast places within a reach of a short walk. Rooms were very clean and spotless. We had wonderful view to the Grosser Stern! I did not like the bed - it was way too soft for me. Also, on Saturday night there was wedding in the restaurant, and although we stayed on the 3rd floor we could hear the music till 1 a.m. The staff reacted very kindly to our complains. |

The decor is fresh, modern and chic and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I think that this class of hotel should have feather/down duvets and pillows rather than synthetic ones (which do not breathe and are hot). |

The dining staff were helpful and charming. Our sheets were not changed in three days! The receptionist on the day we left apologised and gave us a complementary drink but the staff the day before did nothing. |
