Ingenting som hotellet stod för!Vi tyckte inte att inf. om läge och avstånd till ex Kurfurstendamm stämde.Vi var där tidigare i år och bodde på ett utmärkt hotell så vi "kunde" omgivningen trodde vi men när Ni sade att man gick till ex.ovannämnda gata på 10 min.så är det en grov överdrift. Personalen var ointresserad och arrogant ! Till frukostmatsalen ombads vi återkomma senare en dryg halvtimma för det fanns inga bord! Detta hände hälften av gångerna.Vi var där i 5 dgr |

Rummet var fantastiskt - fräscht, fin inredningdesign, utmärkt komfort, sköna sängar och effektiv aircondition. Internet via TVn erbjöds men visade sig ej fungera. |

I liked the hotel and the room. It is slightly out of the center, but with a very good public transport just out of the hotel - bus 245, 101 and 106 going to the center. There are lots of restaurants around and breakfast places within a reach of a short walk. Rooms were very clean and spotless. We had wonderful view to the Grosser Stern! I did not like the bed - it was way too soft for me. Also, on Saturday night there was wedding in the restaurant, and although we stayed on the 3rd floor we could hear the music till 1 a.m. The staff reacted very kindly to our complains. |

The decor is fresh, modern and chic and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I think that this class of hotel should have feather/down duvets and pillows rather than synthetic ones (which do not breathe and are hot). |
