Good breakfast buffet, Restaurant menu, service & "happy hour" prices good but drinks expensive. U-bahn station very convenient. Minibar prices very expensive, bar closed until 6 pm, hotel exterior and name-sign unimpressive. A lack of a focus point or any sort of "buzz" to the place. |

staff were very helpful - they even looked up the train times for us to the airport. Rooms were very comfortable with soft beds and good pillows. The location was excellent, within a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping and christmas market area. |

Very friendly staff; willingness to accommodate special request regarding early check-in because of the fact we were travelling with a baby. Excellent breakfast, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and a bath with lots of piping hot water. Good location, very near to U-Bahn and interesting sites. No soap bars, just soap dispenser. Internet a bit pricey. |

Good selection for Breakfast an extra supplement for the room on top of the 25 Euros per night for the extra person in the room! The bar is seperate from the Hotel and not large enough for its clientel |

Location is perfect, breakfast is very good. I couldn't lock the door from the inside, which caused some intervention of room cleaning and repair workers. The last day I found a cleaning cloth left on my toilet bag. :( |
