The inviting façade of the palace building was constructed in 1889. Marvel at the painstakingly restored murals and stucco details, which are over 100 years old.

not free internet access. I principally find it bizarre that hotel request for a day of internet usage what you normally pay for all month

The location of the hotel is good.

As being a 4 star hotel, must have sufficient room service. Room service stops at 8 pm.

Sometimes the cleaning of the room was too late in the afternoon. The price of breakfast is irrelevantly high.

I was impressed by how modern the inside of the hotel was, still retaining its outside character. Like not being able to judge a book by its cover - a pleasant surprise inside.

The luxury of the room. The ease of getting around from the hotel. the staff were very helpful.

not keen on European pillows, they are too big, but everyone has them.

The location was excellent and the bar in particular had an impressive range of drinks and very friendly bar staff.

I did feel the housekeeping staff came at awkward times - one day it was after midday when we had been out all morning, but then they appeared early on the Sunday morning when this was the day we were checking out at 12.

It was what it promised. Breakfast was good and dinner was a fair -price if you eat early as we do -as it had a half price for main courses. It was clean and comfortable

it would have been nice to have had tea /coffee making facilities in the romm but recognise this can counter cleanliness
