The hotel is situated in a quiet location near Frankfurt Zoo. Walk to the nearby Berger Straße with its many restaurants, bars and shops or take the metro to the city centre. Frankfurt Messe (fairgrounds) and the financial district can be easily reached by public transport.

we stayed on st nicholas day.a little gift of chocolate santas was left outside each room.nice touch.also there was complementary coffee & biscuits/stollen in the foyer.

The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel was clean, in a quiet location and the breakfast had a good selection.

The hotel is located outside of the centre and requires transport. I think it would be a good idea to quote the distance from the centre and the transport options with approx cost e.g. taxi E10

A container with sand outside front door would stop people discarding their cigarette ends on the pavement.

So peaceful, home feel, fresh & clean, nice building, new and updated facility. Breakfast was high standard, staff very helpful all over. Really relaxing. View from balcony fabulous.

The bathroom lacks a bide... Soap/shampoo dispenser not enough, please top up, maybe provide soap bars and shampoo bottles. No small hand towels!
