Very professional and friendly staff, good location close to the metro & shopping area. They upgraded my room without me asking. Rooms were very quiet. Excellent, but expensive, food at the French restaurant. Great breakfast at a reasonable price if you include it in the room rate.

The rooms were very warm, even with the heat turned off. Opening a window was a problem due to street noise (I was on the 4th floor). A minor problem that would not stop me from me from going back ( I'll ask for a higher floor room next time).

The hotel and its staff were welcoming and courteous. The room was really good and the location was great for us. The cocktail menu was fantastic if a little pricey but the service was great so no complaints.

Breakfast is excellent, most probably best ever in my experiences. Room is fine , considering the price. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast.

We stayed from Friday-Sunday. On Saturday we spent the whole day outside. We came back to the hotel at 4.30 pm and the room had still not been cleaned...I am sure a man has planned the interior design of this hotel. The mirrors in the bathroom are very far away, the light is not very cosy...This hotel is a practical business hotel...not recommended if your looking for a romantic weekend in Ber

Location was great as it was walking distance from restaurants, shops etc and right next to the subway. The rooms were comfortable, stylishly decorated and very quiet.
