very convenient, good location, friendly staff, very clean room, nice breakfast and free internet and free minibar with reasonable price. We plan to stay there again on next trip to Frankfurt. |

The hotel was very near the main train station in the city and very easy to find. The staff were friendly. We booked a double room, which was clean and tidy and all the facilities were in good condition. Free bath robe/slipper and cold drinks. Excellent breakfast. Good WLAN signal provides Internet access via free hotspot. The smell of the aisles. Not very sound-proof walls. |

convenient, downtown, centralized location (across street from main train station). Breakfast was adequate, although dining room itself could have been a bit warmer, temperature-wise. small, cramped and slow elevators--mostly chose to walk down stairs to lobby rather than wait. Staff did not clearly explain parking area arrangement. Parking area itself was uncomfortably tight with low ceilings. |

Two answers: 1. The information concerning good restarunts was excellent. 2. The breakfast was also excellent. I would highly recomment the Hotel Excelsior to anyone. |
