the staff was not really helpful. When we arrived, the lady at reception did not even bother to look at us or answer any of our request. It was the gentelman sitting at the bar, who is also a guest, that actually tried to help. Also, far from the train station. |

The Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. It was very short walk to the marketplace and Town Hall There is free street parking if there are spaces available and timing with the street signs otherwise you can pay to park in the garage. The website is a little miss leading on this.The internet was not in a public area |

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet here the best since it had extras like figs, fresh cut fruit and pineapple, pretty cookies, sweets, and cakes. The canopy bed and thick coverlet was really fine. The house and garden was fun to explore and take pictures. The computer with internet was very user friendly and in a nice separate room. Don't miss the night watchman tour at 8 p.m.! They had some yummy ice cream on display on the first floor, but we were never able to catch someone available to sell us any. Everybody was always busy cleaning or setting things up. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly and great with our young children. The hotel is very nice, has parking facilities and is in a very nice location inside the city wall of Rothenburg. We had a lovely stay and hope to make it back sometime! |

Centrally located to all tourist locations in the walled city; nice breakfast with a good selection. Room was a bit small for a family; TV didn't work and there was no one in the reception area during the evening to talk to about problems. |

When you enter the Hotel, you'll actually have to first pass by it's small and homey cafe area. Don't be put off by the fact that the reception is just the cafe counter. The hotel itself is well furbished and even the rooms themselves have a theme. The bathroom is large with a shower with strong water pressure, perfect for after a hot sunny day. We stayed on the top floor (5th floor) of the hotel and we found it difficult to carry all our luggage up the flights of stairs because they had no elevator. Besides this, everything else was excellent. |
