Hotel is near the center but at the quiet location. Rooms are brand new, beds are comfortable and bathroom is very clean.

Just one thing... the heating didn t work!

The hotel jas just been opened in October and it has been really clean. The free wireless has been an advantage.

Easy to reach, nice breakfast.

From a 4 star hotel I would expect small things like shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom (which the personnel promised me various times but never delivered). Another thing: the hotel was renovated only in Sept 2008, but in the mirror in the bathroom you could see a part they had forgotten to paint. Not a nice sight.

I would not really rate it four star as despite being very modern it did not really have many facilities. Excellent value for money either way however

Hotel is new, good disign, very clean, very friendly staff particularly the night shift which I found more helpfull, nicely decorated bathroom, shower room is excelent, free internet very convenient.

Location, far from the subway, 15 - 20 min walk to the main railway station and shopping streets.

it was almost 30gr in the hotel, due to the lighting

Even though it was Frankfurt Book Fair, the hotel was vastly over-priced. €250 per night for basic accomodation, eg no bar, the only bathroom extra being squeezy soap bolted to the wall - too expensive!

I have liked the bathroom of the hotel.

There are many things which I did not like, 1. there no facilities for drinking coffee or tea any time we require. 2. There is no room service being a 4star hotel. 3. The price they are charging is very high. 4. The request for extension to stay in hotel was promised but did not followed their promises and kept all my laguage in the reception without intimating and which is very bad. :(

The hotel room was comfortable, modern the staff very helpful

No information was available within the room to outline what was available within the hotel, any services such as TV, cost of drinks, laundry/ironing facilities etc. Also where the hotel is situated, what entertainment there is around the hotel etc etc.It would be useful to incorporate these details into a booklet so everyone would know what is there and what is extra to pay for.

Nice design & atmosphere, lift, free wireless, view from 7th floor, small restaurants and supermarket in walking distance

noise of doors too loud when people entered and exited the two adjacent rooms
