nothing--highly overpriced for tiny room--

People not helpful--snooty--charges for everything even the safe in room and computer use, no complementary coffee unlike others we stayed at . Consider this hotel the Most Expensive Worst Hotel we stayed at during this 5 country visit.

awkward booking system did not allow to book a double bed, just make a reservation for 2, ended up getting 2 twin beds

I would have liked to just have a coffee or light breakfast before my flight and at 8 AM my only option was the buffett.

Proximity to metro

The "4 star" rating is a big mistake. 2-Star is very generous. The beds are smaller than typical "twin beds"; The facilities were very lacking - no Iron; no Ice-bucket; towel warmer in bathroom did not work; the in- room safe uses a "key" and not an electronic combination - this is out- dated - and they charge for this.... Carpet was thread bare and the furniture looked very cheap..

nice clean quiet 10/10 the staff ever so friendly

very hard to find even with a map - please tell any future customers that the hotel is 3 mins walk from atocha train station
