Best Western Hotel Trafalgar opens its doors for you to enjoy our meticulous service, with a cordial atmosphere and personalized attention which will make you feel like at your second home.

Our establishment is a modern building, and was totally refurbished in 2000. This cosy hotel offers personalized service and pleasant treatment.

We are close in proximity to the historic part of Madrid (Madrid de los Austrias) and to its business center (Paseo de la Castellana). There is superb transportation network on hand, as our hotel is close to underground stations of Quevedo, Iglesia and Bilbao (connected with the airport) and bus stops.

Everything was efficient, clean, comfortable; the windows are double-glazed and keep out the street noise, the room temperature can be controlled by the guest, the wifi worked, and the cafe con leche at the breakfast was freshly made. The rooms were also made up promptly when the guest left for the morning. In addition, the hotel is convenient to the Metro and the neighborhood is pleasant.

Very clean and comfortable, I thought it was great value for the money and would recommend it anytime.

The staff was very rude to me, answering everything with yes or no and not helping me much at all.

Arrived 21:00hs from London and left 08:40hr for a meeting and then flight back to London. Found room comfortable and quiet so was was able to relax after the long journey and prepare for meeting next day.

This hotel was just perfect for our trip to Madrid...great location, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel staff were so helpful. They actually made our trip great. Hats off to all of them!
