OK, but it was disappointing that even though underlined first in the booking and at arrival to the reception that we wanted a quiet room in order to get some sleep before the morning flight, a new guest was sent up in the room next to ours at 2 o'clock in the morning and the first thing he did was watching TV with a volume that was really disturbing. That you try to awoid these kind of events. I am aware that you are not responsable for the behaviour of your guests, but it is not a good idea to risk disturbancies sending up new clients at this time of the night to rooms next to guests who has explained that they prioritize silence in order to get the few hours sleep possible between the flights. |

Giv information om, at man blot skal ringe fra lufthavnen for at blive hentet i minibussen. Det var ikke tydeligt, at shuttelbussen var aktiv hele nattten. |

Excellent evening buffet at a very competitive price. Convenient free shuttle service to the airport. Cost of the hotel parking was a bit expensive at 13 euros per day. |

Good location for airport travel, in a residential neighborhood. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff. Wi-fi did not extend to our room. |

I liked the hotels cleanliness, the size of the room was okay for 2 persons, the staff were helpful, the cost of dinner was good, and the hotel was close to airport which the hotel provided free pick-up and drop- off services to the airport. I didnt like the bed, they had two twin beds pushed together with two twin bedding comforters making it hard to sleep under the same comforter as my significant other. I didn't like the location, it was a 15-20 minute drive by taxi to the tourist central location of Madrid and no shops nearby the hotel. The rooms weren't soundproof, I woke up every morning to the sound of morning traffic. |

I love this place! There is free airport shuttle, the buffet dinner is cheap and good quality and the room is clean. One boon is that there is complimentary drinks in minibar.. This exceeds my expectation!! only thing is that it will be nice if they have an additional set of glass for drinking.. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, nice clean rooms.My son and I came to watch Real Madrid play and I would like to thank reception staff for taking delivery of my match tickets( it would have cost me 50 euros to get tickets sent to my own address in scotland) |

The free internet, the airport shuttle, the affordable buffet, the facilities, the staff were friendly, it was clean and modern, very nice. It lived up to the positive reviews I saw. I would recommend it. Wish you had a gym or athletic facility. |

I arrived after midnight at Madrid Barajas airport & called the hotel for the shuttle bus service. The bus arrived within 5 minutes - an absolute excellent service!!! The walls are very thin, so one is able to listen to all kinds of noises all night long... |
