This is a good hotel and we use it whenever we visit our friends in Madrid. The cafeteria service was a bit slower than is usual during this visit. |

Helpfulness of the staff. Good location. No. Only negative was the taxi from the airport was more expensive than I had expected ($25). |

large rooms, internet access, free minibar, modern feel more suited for the business treveller, location does not provide for a "feel" of madrid. Some staff a little abrupt, breakfast not included and expensive. |

Clean, comfortable and good price. Mini-bar for free is an excelent idea! The waitresses do a lot of noise cleaning the near rooms in the morning. |

Nice mini-bar , no noise. Good shower. No breakfast used, way too expensive! you can even have a proper diner for this money in Madrid. (Personnel didn't knew taxi rules, if you ask them about special fee in the night by taxi. So argument in taxi occured) |

Free wireless Internet, free minibar, staff speaks english, helpful and polite staff. I booked a non-smoking room and i was given a smoking, smelly room. |

Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes). Very polite staff and good atmosphere. |

The hotel is only about 10 min walking from a tube station. Very good twin big room, clean, with new furniture, good illumination, and free minibar...! Hotel staff were really kind. Probably one of the best hotels in Madrid I have ever seen. A very good thing is that the hotel is not in the city center, and considering that Madrid is a noisy city, this hotel is very quiet at night. Excellent!!! |

Price, comfort. I particularly liked free minibar which represents good value for money regarding rooms. Wireless was not working with PDA's and iPhone. The restaurant waiter didn't speak English. Breakfast was too expensive for relatively poor choice. |
