Location, while central, was at the quieter end of Via Grand and while room overlooked the street, the soundproofing was excellent. |

Excellent Location and ideal for walking to all the major sites. Hotel is boutique and very modern. A fun place to hang out in the bar or upstairs rooftop lounge. Don't pay the surplus for breakfast, go out somewhere. The price is not worth it. Service is bad (slow at best) and unattentive. Also, be sure to check your lighting in the bathroom While the pin lights are fun and "hip," they are not functional bathroom lights to see when shaving or putting on makeup. |

The location is excellent, the hotel is very carefully decorated, the staff are impeccable and we found the lighting in the elevators was just right; it might seem odd but it is actually very helpful when returning late or having woke up too early. While the bar at the terrace is great to hang out, it is overpriced; better go to the "Chicote" just in front of the hotel, with a much larger selection of well-made cocktails. |

Located right at the centre. Helpful staff. Nice room and bathroom. The main street is very noise, evening time especially; a better soundproof windows would be a great help. |

El personal: muy amable y profesional. Ubicación excelente si necesitas estar en pleno centro de Madrid. El diseño de las habitaciones es muy moderno y agradable. La terraza de la habitación, simplemente fantastica ( aún a pesar de la lluvia ). La recepción es diminuta para la categoria del hotel. Impresionante el caos de personas y maletas en el momento de la salida. El aire acondicionado excesivamente ruidoso. |

La situación, el ambiente de la cafetería/restaurante por la tarde, el SPA y el concepto de hotel moderno y diferente. La habitación me pareció fabulosa. |

Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr angenehm und schön gestaltet, außer einem freundlichen Rezeptionisten ließ der Service aber generell eher zu wünschen übrig. Der Service an der Dachterassenbar war enttäuschend. Die schöne Aussicht tröstete uns zwar etwas darüber hinweg, aber in Anbetracht der Preise (17 Euro für einen Cocktail und ein kleines Bier) würde man schon erwarten, dass das Servicepersonal deutlich schneller und freundlicher arbeitet. |
