Located in the city´s new commercial, financial and residential area, this new hotel enjoys a central position just 15 minutes from the centre, only 5 km from the airport and the trade fair, IFEMA, is only at 2 metro stations from the hotel.

Decorated in a Castilian style; the hotel has refined decoration in the purest classical Spanish Style, with hand-woven carpets and fine wood-panelled arches which lead to the patio, the best place to enjoy a break after a hard working day.

Very large room, clean. Staff was great.

All rooms look over the central dining and meeting area so the rooms are very noisy. The internet connections are poor. A good vacation hotel but terrible for business, esp if you need sleep.

Although location is not in city centre, transaportation is very convenient, it is just next to bus stop and metro is just right across the road. Travel to city centre only takes 15-20 minutes. The area is decent and there is a supermarket (really big one) across the road next to the metro. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and bath (with jacuzzi) and shower are very good. Breakfast is also good for value.

Our room is facing the main road, so a bit noisy. It would be better to get a room not facing the main road.

beds were hard - excellent, staff friendly and helpful, the metro stration Pio XII is just on other side of street ~50m far from hotels exit, bath-tub had simply hydro-massage

at night, we heard all conversations from bar, there aren't any obstacles for noise between rooms and bar exept door and the patio has quite good resonance, from windows view for next building
