The staff were very helpful and the facilities very comfortable. There were no facilities for getting tea or coffee after 11pm. No facilities were available in the room, the bar was closed and the porter declined to open the bar or provide coffee for us on our return after our evening out. |

central location to the sites. insufficient staff on roof terrace, could not get a drink. Breakfast prices were expensive when you only want coffee and pan tostada. |

location was amazing! Breakfast buffet was quite good, but not as varied as others. The hotel staff was professional and very helpful. My mini bar was inoop, and twice I requested it to be serviced. The mini bar was never repaired. A lot of outside visitors to the "terrace bar" which meant that the elevators were always full. Noise at night was a bit of an issue, as were security concerns that so many outside people were in the hotel. |

Great rooftop terrace. Fab views of Giralda. Great location. They scratched our car when parking it in their garage. We didnt realise till we had left, so couldnt say anything about it. Obvioiusly they must have known they scrateched it but didnt tell us. |

The location. In my eyes the hotel did not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel, the rooms we were put in over looked other rooms, the rooms where also dark. The Hotel in reality should be a 2 starat best. |

The location is brilliant - our room was well laid out and nicely furnished. Definitely best to use public transport though - Wouldn't like to have to get there in a car. Very easy to get a bus from the airport to the center €2.30 p.p and then go round the corner for a short tram ride to the cathedral €1.10. p.p. The hotel is just behind the cathedral so it is really easy. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. |
