Located within a residential and commercial area, filled with lots of restaurants, bars and shops, the hotel is ideally located, in a peaceful area with excellent transport links to explore Madrid.

50 metres away from the hotel you will find Alcala Street, and 600 metres away you will find the metro station of Ciudad Lineal, with direct connection to the city centre. In addition to this, the hotel is positioned just 2 minutes away from the main roads (M-30 and M-40), with quick and easy access to the strategic areas of Madrid.

the rooms are excellent

you can hear car noises from the street a bit. Not a busy street, luckily though!

Our stay at the suite was very brief. The roomy suite was very clean. The front desk help was very professional and courteous. The taxi service was extremely fast / prompt on the day of our departure. I thought the bathroom facilities were extremely attractive and nice.

While it was very nice having a lot of items in the refrigerator to choose from, I was uncomfortable not knowing how much the items cost individually. If I had known that something was free for the taking, that would be helpful to know too. A food price list would have been helpful. If there is a price list in the room, I did not find it. The bathroom could be a little larger though.

Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff close to the metro and shopping.

Pool was not available due to lack of repairs yet we were not told this before arrival despite our booking being subject to the pool being available. Also there was no stair balustrade in the apartment which would make it unsuitable for a family with small children ..also strange that they provide a microwave ,fridge and sink but no kettle or crockery and cutlery unless you request it.

The apartment has a fridge & microwave but no cutlery or crockery & also the pool(which is quite small) doesn't open till 11am. Also be aware that a lot of shops,bars, restaurants etc close in August but saying that there was still a lot of options...

Superb service, and despite its distance from the centre of Madrid the Metro was very close and convenient. Excellent rooms and the restaurant was great.

Very nice hotel, the size of the suite rooms is great. Breakfast is very cosy, you can even sit outside if there is sun. Free WLAN is great benefit.
