The room was very very dirty, the carpet even have bugs. I checked 4 rooms all the same. They have to change me to the other part of the Hotel (Europa Tower). In this towers the rooms where perfect, and clean. I do not recommend under any circumstance the America Tower of this Hotel, beware!! |

Internet not working, porn movies pupping up on TV at all times, something clinking in the room every 30 seconds, climatic system switching from warm to cold one in a while, by itself, parking (20 euro / day) very hard to use (you have to go around the hotel, no matter if it is raining or snowing, press a button and try to convince the doorman to open :P) |

Ease of access from M30, modern comfortable room with excellent bathroom We were in the Europa wing of the hotel, which despite triple-glazing plus, is noisy because of the main road. Go for the America wing, it's quieter. |

Next to the Saint Barandas Metro Station; The restaurant and the cafeteria. The decoration of Europa building. Inapropriate workers in the front desk. Noise problems with the electrical stuff during 2 nights. No one seems to be ready to solve it. Asked (1st by phone) to be made a table reservation in Combarros restaurant was not done. When in the front desk we asked again they said they were to busy but once again they denied to do it because they cannot use the phone for those things. No one knew the city |
