The doormen were excellent, the room service excellent, the internet connection great, the room was spacious and lovely, very comfortable. Difficult to get directions to anywhere in the city, including exactly where the bus stop and metro stops were. I was just given a map, no directions. Did not like that web advertised airport shuttle and then there wasn't any. |

tener dos camas de matrimonio en una suite, porque a veces se viaja con amigos, no con pareja. se salía el agua de la bañera, y había hormigas en el baño. |

La disposicion de la habitacion, muebles, decoracion Los servicios de piscina y gym no estan incluidos en la tarifa.El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones pero mal mantenidas.El yacuzzi comenzo a perder agua y al reclamar solo supieron decir perdon sin reconpensa alguna y quedarnos sin disfrutar de los servicios de la habiatacion. |

la tranquillità dell'hotel, la pulizia, l'ampiezza dele camere. non proprio comodo al centro città se non si ha l'auto. Il bagno anche se pulito e funzionale non all'altezza di tutto il resto che vale le 4 stelle. |
