The Hotel High Tech Nueva Castellana has opened its doors on August 27th 2005.

In addition to its 132 modern rooms (including non-smoking and disabled friendly), the hotel offers a buffet restaurant, a snack bar, a private underground parking and a huge business centre that holds up to 500 people.

We offer its guests a new way to enjoy the city, from a different―and ecological―point of view. If you want to get to know the city on two wheels, The hotel has got fold-up bicycles free of charge.

Food & beverage

The hotel’s Cafetech is where you can enjoy a drink while watching live sports on the big-screen TV. It opens each weekday between 11:30 and 23:30.

The Numerus Clausus Restaurant serves delicious à la carte dishes in a stylish, minimalist setting. It is open on weekdays between 13:30 and 16:00, and 20:30 and 23:00.

Room information

This new construction hotel has its 132 rooms distributed of the following way: 6 Suite rooms, 63 High Tech rooms, 21 Family rooms and 42 Executive rooms.

All of them look on to the street, have natural light, are totally soundproofed and with an outstanding and warming design and furniture that, besides all the services offered, have been conceived bearing in mind the needs of today´s guests.

Every single room is equipped with the following services and equippmentes: Free high speed internet access (LMDS-2Mbps), personal computers with flat panel TFT of 17" in suite and high tech rooms, RDSI line, last generation hydro-massage showers, 2 direct telephones, static bicycles in suite and high tech rooms, electric trousers presses in suite and high tech rooms, TFT flat screen television of 23" with music channel & radio, sat TV, Canal +, TV pay per view, air conditioning and heating, hair dryer, free safety deposit box, minibar and alarm clock.

Some of our rooms are specially prepared for: non-smokers, disabled people and requests for family rooms.

Area information

Placed in the north of Madrid, in the geographical and business area of Fuencarral and Chamartin, future prolongation of Paseo de la Castellana till la Nueva Plaza de Castilla.

Located between Tele 5 and the future Ciudad de las Telecomunicaciones, the hotel is perfectly connected, from the principal highway A-1 and the ringroads M-30 and M-40 and M-11 and M-607 with Barajas International Aiport (15 minutes), IFEMA-Exhibition Centre and Palace of Congresses "Campo de las Naciones" (10 minutes).

Around the hotel, there are several shopping centres such as Diversia, La Vega, La Moraleja and Plaza Norte. La Moraleja golf course is at 2 kilometers away from the hotel.

Important information

*The High Tech chain collaborates with Iberia’s ' Iberia Plus programme. Therefore if you are part of the programme you can also accumulate air miles when staying at any one of the chain’s hotels.

Free shuttle service to/from the Airport is available from 06:00 until 23:30 hours. Please notify to the hotel before your arrival if you require the service.

The room was very modern, clean. Free internet, laptop, in lobby area. Big plus.

Hotel staff said that the "Metro" was 100 meters away, more like 400 meters. Pleasant walk if the weather is good. No clock in room!

The Hotel was really a High Tech Hotel. The room was big, comfortable, and having a computer in the room with free Internet acess was something that I never saw in other hotel, but it´s something that I think all 4 or 5 star hotels should have.

The view from my room wasn´t very good, but it isn´t important, when we think about all the good thinks that this hotel have.

The hotel is a bit far from the metro station, the breakfast could be better .
