Location of hotel excellent. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Stayed in twin room. Room was not very appropriate for 2 girls sharing as the bedroom and bathroom were open-plan. No door between them. Lack of privacy. |

Great location, cozy and private. High quality overall design of the hotel, the rooms, the furniture and its materials. The staff was friendly and all the amenities (jacuzzi, hamman..) were available and comfortable to use. Poor room service menu & quality, very narrow minibar inventory, the equipment of the room was uneven: loads of bathroom stuff, but little "technology". Very limited tv offer and foreign channels. |

great size of room the toilet was across the room from the sink--makes it tough to wash hands. Also, no doors between room and shower area, makes it tough for those sharing a room who don't want to be so exposed, like grandmother and grandson! |

I like the small size of the hotel, quietness, no noise from neighbours, good modern design, comfort, new furniture and bed linen. The size of rooms could be bigger. There was no bath in the room only the shower. The hotel staff is polite but not well trained (for example VAT shall not included in the hotel bill during check out if booking is made via www.booking.com site). More information in the hotel shall be provided about city attractions, restaurants etc. |

Céntrico, renovado, decoración, comfort. Excelente atención del staff Diferencias de precio entre diferentes niveles de habitación, no se justifica con las diferencias entre las habitaciones (doble superior vs doble normal) |

A localização do hotel é excelente. O hotel é elegante, discreto e bonito. O pessoal é muito simpático. Apreciei a decoração moderna. Gostei e penso voltar. Melhorar a ventilação e a qualidade do ar. Tivemos que mudar de quarto, porque o cheiro a comida vindo do restaurante vizinho do hotel penetrava no quarto. O segundo quarto era maior, com uma disposição mais agradavel e sem cheiros. Achei que os quartos podiam ter mais luz e o chuveiro mais pressão. O armário podia ser melhorado. |
