Price, near the airport The reception staff wasn't helpful and I pay for the room cash when I arrive and they didn't give me recite which cause a problem when I singh out and they ask me to pay for the room again!! |

We liked the location that was very close to the Airport with shuttle bus included on the price. The breakfast -buffet- that costs 8 per person was far from what we expected. There should be more choices for cereals, yogurt or fruits. |

Generally good place to stay and comfortable. Ideal if you have an early flight in the morning from Barajas. ;-) By taxi you reach Terminal 1 in 5 minutes. Restaurant: the food was not too bad, but not even good. My suggestion is to eat somewhere else if possible. I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Madrid for pleasure. (too far from the center and in the middle of the airport industrial area). |

Hotel is hard to locate and isolating. Don't expect to go anywhere else easily. We tried to go by taxi to the closest Metro station but the driver only wanted to go to the airport which means we paid an extra 4 Euros in airport fees. What a rip-off! The room was adequate. |

Very comfortable room in which the windows opened, so it was airy. The sheets were very nice cotton and the bed was comfortable.The hotel was located about 10 minutes from terminal one--very convenient. The restaurant was poor. It didn't open until 8:30 pm which was late for us since we had to leave the hotel by 4 am. Furthermore, my husband had to go looking for a waiter--it was nearly 9 pm before service began. At that time there were 9 people in the restaurant. There was a very limited menu with few choices. Quality of food poor. Service, when it began was good. |

The hotel is situated near to the airport an is relatively ok for the money I payed The hotel staff is not very good in explaining the directions for the next metro station. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage to the second floor by ourselves. I would recommend this hotel only for transit. |
