The staff were very pleasant and our room had everything we needed.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. The hot food was actually cold and I think it was a bit over priced.

Helpful & knowledgable staff, charming, comfortable room, bath w/jacuzzi (nice), excellent location near best shopping.

Lobby of hotel could be updated for a 5 star hotel. Food prices quite high..........coffee over 6 euros!

The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca).

It was shown at the hotel's site the Premium room square is approximately 30 m2. The real square of the Premium room where I stayed was around 14 m2. The furniture was damaged. I left this hotel in the morning, though I planned to stay there 3 nights.

friendlliness and courtesy of staff, promptness of service, relaxed atmosphere

No - but would prefer better lighting above the desk - some of us unfortunately have to use our computers while in Spain - and the capacity to make tea or coffee in the room.
