We forgot something important at our previous hotel. The front desk staff took care of having it retrieved from Toledo and taken to our son in Valencia. We were so appreciative of their kindness and efficiency in handling this for us.

Located on Avenida de América Avenue, the Puerta America is just a 5-minute walk from the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood, and Paseo de la Castellana and Bernabéu Football Stadium are both about 30 minutes walk away.
