Clean and efficient Intial impression was that it was a faded seaside 1960s hotel and the poor service on arrival at the reception supported this. But our later experience showed that this wasn't the case and we received very good reception srvice thereafter. |

The rooms are high-standard, there is an indoor pool and the breakfasts are good; plus there is free parking - an important feature in Spain. The service was grudging. The food, except for buffet breakfast, was poor. I had to send back a burnt pizza and the replacement was not good and I left half. There is a general air of resentment of guests from the staff. The hotel happened to be convenient for me as it's very close to the airport and I know I can get a good meal in the nearby Plaza Mayor. |

Very good hotel - quite by the beach. They mixed my booking - and booked to a price on a cancelled booking. They asked me to prove that I have cancelled a booking. We sorted it out - but the service is not good. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great. The only complaint was the location which was a 30 minute bus ride to Malaga which was a little inconvenient, and taxi service to Torremolinos. |

the room was a good size and good view 1 resturant with a menue of 6 choices that didnt change, room was not cleaned on 2 days of the 6 we stayed,no room service late morning or between 3pm and 8 pm ,no room service before 8 am couldnt get a cup of tea before we checked out, kids paddling pool was dirty , certainly not 4 star and would maybe just make 3 star,all tv in spanish apart from news,so nothing for kids to do if it rains, |

very pleasant atmosphere and very clean internet connection for our laptop was not working on the day we requested a connection. It only worked the next day. I think there was something wrong with their network that day only. |

Swimming pool - good size and clean. Room itself - well equipt and comfortable. Excellent view. Quiet. Short taxi ride back to airport. Very limited choice of vegetarian meals in the evening. The meal I had was fine, however. |
