Hotel Staff, location of the hotel, really well communicated, close to metro stations (Plaza Espanya and Tarragona) Hotel corridors! There's no A/C and it's boiling being there. They should think about sorting that out. |

I liked the new style, the decoration, the cleanliness and the help we got from the hotel´s staff...everything was very nice The location is not in the best neighbourhood to go shopping or to get around. However, you can find cafés, metro station and the city bus tour in about 10 minutes walking (maximum), and to get to the Ramblas it is about a 10 Euros taxi..not that bad |

Comfortable bed, Friendly staff with v. good english, Quick check in, Held onto our bags after check in no problem Very noisy seemed to be work going on in the room next door, during check out staff member answered phone while serving us adding 10 mins to check out |

The Hotel is on the perfect location, very well secured and makes You feel at home. The staff is always smiling and more than willing to provide You with any kind od information regarding the city etc. All service were provided with maximum of efficiancy. Missing a jacuzzi in spa center |
